Received this headset just over a fortnight ago and use it daily. It connected to my N97 with no problems at all and is extremely easy to use. Don't be taken in by some of the negative reviews on this headset. I can only assume that the people who have submitted negative reviews have not fitted the headset to themselves the way the instructions tell them to.
The key is that once you have the heaset in your ear you have to mould the earpiece round your ear (it's made to be bent into shape).
Once this is done the sound quality is as you would expect. It sounds just the same as talking to anyone on the phone. I have had no issues with people not being able to hear me, although I was was concerned that, with such a small unit and the micrphone being such a long way from your mouth sound reception may be poor.
I have used the headset at home, in the car (both normal roads and motorways) and in the middle of the high street during the christmas rush and have had no problems with it, and those people I have spoken to did not have any problems hearing me.
In short this is a good headset at a very reasonable price and I would recomend it to anyone.

Had my headset for a couple of weeks now and found it very comfortable and simple to operate, with good clear reception and it easily lasts all day between charges. Very good value.

I bought this headset a month ago, it's perfect with everything, which means the comfort, connectivity, standby time. I would recommend this to anyone who prefers a Nokia product.

This is the first time I have used a blue tooth headset and really pleased with it. This unit is easy to set-up and use and performs well. Would recommend it.
